The forum has invited 3 French and 4 Chinese mental health specialists to delivered presentations. More than 150 mental health professionals from all over Shandong Province attended the forum. At the opening ceremony, Wang Qiang, President of BMUH made a warm welcome speech, and then Dr. Daniel Goran, chairman of the Sino-French Mental Health Exchange Association, on behalf of the guest speakers, expressed his congratulations, expectations and good wishes toward the forum. After the opening ceremony, an unveiling ceremony for the “Sino-French Cooperation Center on Mental Health” was held. The foundation of the center indicates a closer exchange and cooperation between BMUH, China and Center Hospitalier Georges Daumézon, France on personnel training, clinical research. After that, home and abroad specialists delivered presentations on mental health from different perspectives: Dr. Daniel Gorans: Suicidal Attempts and Behaviors of Adolescents, Jean-Hervé Bouleau: Actual Organization and Evolution of Mental Health in France, Dr. Xu Dan: Psychiatric Treatment and Chinese Culture, Dr. Liu Binglun: Is Manic Depression Rare in China? Dr. Li Gongying: Neurobiological Mechanisms of Mental Stress, Dr. Su Zhonghua�� Interpretations on Guide for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Dr. Xun Guagnlei: Usage of Psychoactive Drugs.
